At Jules Focus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Products not in original condition or missing parts
  • Gift cards or promotional items

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected] with a photo of the issue.
